Visual test: Straw yellow colour with golden reflexes and clear transparency. The perlage is fine and persistent.
Olfactory test: Delicate and aromatic bouquet with hints of field flowers and fresh fruit.

TECHNICAL NOTES
Grape variety: Selection of grapes from vocated areas.
Vinification: The grapes are delicately pressed at our pressing plant. The must and the wine are fermented at low-temperatures. It is then conserved at -2°C for the second fermentation with Martinotti Method.
Alcohol content: 9,5°°
SERVICE NOTES
Combination with food: Excellent for desserts.
Service temperature: 8-10° C
Conservation: The ideal conservation is in cellars with a temperature between 11-15° C, without thermal. Do not conserve with foodstuffs of intense or penetrating fragrances.
